Game Data

Here you will find information on Warhammer 40k Online once it becomes availiable.

What we know so far:

Production: Vigil Games is developing Warhammer 40k Online with licensing being handled by their parent company THQ.

Release Date: THQ has the game scheduled to be released in the fiscal year 2012 (Somewhere between April 01 2011 - March 31 2012).

Beta: It is not currently in beta, nor is there any information as to when beta will be starting.

Environment: There will be a wide variety of envioronments to explore, from cities, to ruins, to space hulks, and so on.

PvP: There will definitely be PvP. We should see both small squad based firefights and epic battlefields.

PvE: While there will be PvE, it is unknown as to what types of PvE we will see as to solo, group/squad, raid content. Hopefully its all available but only time will tell.

Vehicles: Unknown but the developer understands that vehicles are an important part of Warhammer 40k.

Races/Classes: The only confirmed playable race at this time is The Imperium of Man. Based upon the first video it is believed that Orks will also be playable. Stay tuned as more information is released.

Stats: The stats system for Warhammer 40k online is unknown at this time.

Levels: It is unknown what the leveling system will be in Warhammer 40k Online. Nor is it known what leveling progression will be in either.

Other: We know its going to be based upon Warhammer 40k so its all ready going to be awesome!
